I'm speaking Spanish - and I don't know how

Check this out! This is what my twitter posted today.

Ho impostato un video di YouTube come preferito -- Butterfly Kisses http://youtu.be/mFwPIiDMsL4?a

What is amazing is that I don't speak Spanish at all. Well apart from 'Ole!' (I think that means Hey Hey!) and 'Churros' (see pic) my fave Spanish dessert which I love to order when I go to my fave Spanish restaurant El Bulli in Sydney - I enjoy ordering in my bestest Spanish tongue rolling accent. But that's it - I don't really know how to speak Spanish at all.

And that's why this twitter message is so amazing. Cos I didn't do it. It did! The 'IT' being Internet technology behind all the new gagetry at my fingertips.

All I did was make a little vid on my iphone, then upload to Youtube which I 'allowed' it to connect to my Twitter and Facebook and 'IT' did the rest. 'IT' posted out this message in English AND Spanish for me! Cool huh?! I love IT!

I'm constantly gobsmacked with IT. And now that I'm publishing vids from my phone and twittering in Spanish I'm SO appreciative
for all those geniuses behind all this IT, communication and interconnectivity helping me take my little baby songs to the world!

And I'm appreciative of someone else as well - to Ariel Hyatt for her very cool book on music marketing 'Music Success in Nine Weeks' which I'm using as my guiding light throught this maze of social networking for indie musians like me. http://musicsuccessinnineweeks.com/

I'm now starting to GET IT! that it may be a lot easier than I'd ever imagined to open up exciting new markets around the world for Ukulele Baby Music - beyond my little local community of friends, fans and followers in Sydney Australia.

Now that I'm twittering in Spanish who knows where this could all lead.
Ole! IT and Ole Ariel!

Have you heard? I'm giving away LOTS of free baby song downloads for Ukulele Baby Music so if you want one just join my newsletter list at www.ukulelebabymusic.com and it's yours.
